Belush terms and conditions:

Part 1 – Access and Store Use Terms

1.1. This Website is solely for use by individuals over the age of 18 years. If you are younger than 18 years old, you are required to have the involvement of a parent or guardian. You acknowledge and agree that you are either: 18 years old or older; or you are being assisted by a parent or guardian.

1.2. You may not use this website to publish or display any graphics, words or printing of any kind that is offensive, rude, defamatory, insulting, or which amounts to hate speech or incitement to violence.

1.3. You also agree not copy or modify the Website or the information it contains. You may not display, publish, copy or print the information contained in this Website for any other purpose than that which it is intended.

1.4. No device, software or other instrument may be used to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper workings of this Website. You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature. A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

1.5. Access to the store is via a login procedure. All users given access have acknowledged (registered) that they meet the criteria of either working, being associated in/or registered with the Salon and Beauty Industry and have related qualifying credentials to indicate so.

Part 2 – Service Availability

2.1 Our site is only intended for use by people resident in New Zealand. We do not accept orders from individuals outside these territories.

Part 3  – Payment Security

We encrypt your transactions on belush.co.nz using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology, the e-commerce industry’s security standard. Encryption scrambles the information transmitted across the Internet, including your credit card number, name and address.

We protect your personal information by taking reasonable precautions and following industry best practices to prevent loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

When you provide your credit card information, we encrypt it using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and store it with AES-256 encryption. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standard

Part 4 – Service Agreement

4.1. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

4.2 You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve:
(a) transmissions over various networks; and

(b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices.

(c) We do not accept liability for any interception of such transferred data

4.3. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

Part 5 – Modifications to the Service and Prices

5.1. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice and are all GST exclusive. Please refer to the GST section at the time of checkout.

5.2. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

5.3. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

5.4 These Belush Terms and conditions will be updated if there are any fundamental changes elements.

Part 6 – Products

6.1. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.

6.2. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Under our Belush Terms and conditions (and in conjunction with various supplier contracts), we reserve the right to change the product constituents at any time without notice.

Part 7 – Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, salon or per order. A change in order might occur if the said displayed product is out of stock (for example).

If we identify an order from a dealer, reseller, or distributor, we reserve the right to limit or cancel it.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and trader details so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as (if) needed.

Part 8 – Availability of the Website

8.1. The Company reserves the right to limit the availability of the Website as and when it is necessary for purposes of maintenance or other reasons.

8.2. The Company may at its own discretion terminate, modify or adapt this Website, its content and functionality without notice to you.

Part 9 – Availability and Delivery of Products

10.1. The Products will be at your risk from the time of delivery.
10.2. Ownership of the Products will only pass to you when we receive full payment of all sums due in respect of the Products, including delivery charges. 

Part 11 – Privacy

11.1. We take your privacy very seriously and do everything reasonably possible to protect it. Due to the nature of the internet, we can’t guarantee unauthorized parties won’t access your information — and we aren’t liable for any resulting loss or damage. We never store your credit card details under any circumstances.
