Orders are delivered either via NZ Post, New Zealand Couriers or Fastways Couriers
Our shipping rates for New Zealand:
- $6.00 per order (non-rural)
- $12.50 to all rural destinations
- Free shipping for all orders over $150
Items are usually delivered within 1 – 3 days after they have been dispatched with track and trace notifications
Bulk Order: We often ship large salon startup orders and bulk orders over 200+ units which will incur weight freight charges.
Our shipping rates for Australia:
- $24.00 per order – up to 2Kg via NZ Air Post (6 – 10 days)
- $28.50 per order- up to 2Kg NZ Air Courier (3 – 7 days)
- Free shipping for all orders over A$250
NZ Saturday Delivery
If you would like your order shipped for delivery on a Saturday, please contact us at [email protected] to discuss this option and relevant pricing. Please note only some couriers deliver on a Saturday and some couriers do not deliver in rural areas on Saturday’s either.
PO Box Addresses
We do NOT ship to PO box addresses.
International Shipping
We currently ship within New Zealand and Australia
Returns and Refunds
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and:
- Notification of damaged or faulty goods must be received by phone or e-mail within 7 days of receipt.
- Products not in original condition are not acceptable for credit or exchange.
- Products must be returned to Belush Ltd offices.
Once your return is received we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the status of your refund. If it is approved, your refund can either credited to your account or we can ship you a replacement.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
