  2. Apply Lola Lee Brush on Gel as your base coat for hands and cure
  3. Apply a layer of Lola Lee Blooming Gel before applying Lola Lee Gel Polish to create your design.
  4. Let the product bloom for 15 seconds or create the desired effect with a nail art brush.
  5. Apply a Top Coat and cure with your Lola Lee LED lamp for 60 seconds
