Lola Lee Base Coat is specially formulated for the toes ONLY. The reason being is that this product is a thinner consistency when compared to the Lola Lee Brush On Gel, which is used as a base coat on your hands.
You cannot do a fill with Lola Lee Base Coat. The Gel Polish application needs to be removed before you reapply Lola Lee Gel Polish.
