Gel Nail Polish Application Guide

How to Apply Lola Lee Gel Polish:

Step 1
File your nails with a Lola Lee 100/180 Nail File to your desired length, shaping them evenly. Prefer a nail clipper? Make sure nails remain uniform before continuing.

Step 2
Use Lola Lee Cuticle Remover on all cuticles and let it sit for about a minute to soften the skin.

Step 3
Next, gently push back cuticles from the nail plate with a Lola Lee Cuticle Pusher. A metal tool works well, but be careful to avoid damage. Only remove the cuticle, not any layer of the nail. Always double-check for leftover cuticle debris by pulling back the sidewalls.

Step 4
Buff the surface using the Lola Lee Buffer, taking off only the natural shine. Avoid anything too rough, as that could harm the nails.

Step 5
Now cleanse the nails by removing any filing dust and cuticle remover with a Lola Lee Nail Wipe and a few drops of Lola Lee Sani Liquid.

Step 6
Apply Lola Lee Prep It to the natural nail plate. This helps improve adhesion for upcoming layers.

Step 7
Brush on a thin coat of Lola Lee Brush On Gel and cure it under the lamp. If you have a mishap, clean product from skin and cuticle first, then cure. Up to four layers can be applied for extra strength.

1–2 thin coats for short natural nails

2–3 thin coats for longer nails

Cure each coat in a LED/UV lamp.

Step 8
Select your favourite Lola Lee Gel Polish Colour and cure under the LED/UV lamp.

Step 9
Add a second layer of Lola Lee Gel Polish Colour and cure once again.

Step 10
Finish the colour by sealing it with a thin layer of Lola Lee Top Coat, then cure under the LED/UV lamp.

Step 11
Complete the look by applying Lola Lee Cuticle Oil to cuticles and gently massaging it into the skin.
